Plyometric Platform 5-Piece Starter Set
Great for improving strength, speed and vertical jump. The plyometric workout provides the athlete a program to increase quickness and agility without weights or machines. Each platform is made from 1"-16 gauge steel tubing with a blue powder coated finish. The platform is 3/4" plywood covered with heavy anti-skid rubber. Stackable for storage. For indoor or outdoor use.
